Migration 0074: organizations.org_wlan (Optionen der Rolle, Passwort
verschlüsselt). GET/PUT /api/v1/organizations/{id}/org-wlan; im
Auftragskatalog gilt es für org-wlan, solange OE/Gruppe nichts festlegt.
